How do I obtain a copy invoice/receipt?

To receive a copy of an invoice/receipt, including the VAT breakdown of any purchase, please and you will be emailed a copy by return. Or login via the website and print a copy of you last invoice

How do I cancel or amend an order?

You can cancel or amend an order up to any point prior to dispatch. To do so, simply email or call us on 01246 269969.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by credit or debit card, cheque, BACS and offer credit accounts to UK businesses (subject to satisfactory credit check).
